Happy October Friends!!!

I can't believe it's already October, it's my birthday month but it's also Pilipino American History Month/Filipino American History Month or PAHM/FAHM which brings us to today post. When I was in college I used to celebrate this by going to different events at my college, since then I haven't really celebrated so I figured I can celebrate it by bringing it to my blog and celebration my heritage through fashion. So today I'm wearing a "Barong Tagalog," which is known as the national dress of the Philippines.

I hope everyone enjoyed there Holidays this past week, I enjoyed it very much which is why I didn't post last week. I decided to take the time and just spend time with my family and friends. But I'm back with what I wore for Christmas.

But I'm back and I have a lot of posts lined up. But today's post is a little different it's all about holiday outfits. Sorry I've been gone for awhile, I haven't been feeling well and decided to take a break from social media all together and just rest. I'm feeling better now but I'm still feel a bit sick right now but I'm pushing myself to do this because I feel bad for neglecting the blog and following behind in Curves Around the world themes. So today's theme is straight sizes only and what we are suppose to do is take an outfit that is in straight sizes and remake. I do feel as plus size person we do this everyday and I honestly couldn't find an outfit to inspire me do so I decided to interpret it differently, I decided to do an outfit wearing straight sizes only!

I love the idea of mixing the two together because it's girly but also gives makes you look stronger as well.

I hope everyone is having a great week so far, if you follow me on instagram you know I chopped off my hair! I wanted something new with my hair, and I haven't had my hair short in a few years, so I decided to go short. I'm still getting used to it but I'm happy with the way my hair came out. But yeah this week's "Curves Around the World" post is about Hats! I wear a lot of slouchy hats and berets during the fall and winter but I don't really wear hats in the summer, so I made an exception for the theme.

So it's another "Curves Around the World" post and this weeks post is on favorite shoes! So I have to be honest I am not a shoe girl, I know there are many girls out there who love shoes but I rather buy clothes. But it's not that I don't like them but I'm the kind of person that if I have a favorite pair of shoes that are comfortable they are my go to shoes and I will wear it with everything.
