Curves Around the World: Favorite Movie

Hello Everyone! So yes it's another late post but everything should get back to normal in August. July has been so crazy for me but my posts should be back on time and my commenting should go back to normal soon. But yes this week's theme is Favorite movie and I have a lot of favorite movies. But if I had to choose one I guess you can say this is one of my favorites.  

So Drew Barrymore is one of my favorite actress and I love so many of her movies. But this movie is extra special to me because it's so relateble to me, the story is very similar to my life. But yeah this movie is so much fun, I remember in high school I did some excerpts from this movie in my drama class. I didn't have the clothes to really put outfits from this movie together so I decided to make boards that I could interpret certain looks from the movie.

This look was one that I was thinking of trying to interpret but I just didn't have all the pieces to the look. But I really like this look and it seems really easy to interpret and can easily fit into fashion now. Basically it's a regular collared shirt that you can tie at the waist and a pretty floral skirt. But of coarse you can't forget her winged pin or broach that she used to communicate with her staff when she went undercover as a high school student. 

Now this look would not transition into today's fashion the way it is in the picture, actually in the movie it wasn't really in fashion too but it was such a memorable outfit. The outfit itself is something I would wear but wearing all white is very on trend. So I decided to put together an outfit I would wear that's inspired from the movie. Now if I owned all these pieces this would be an awesome winter white outfit. I used a fur vest as in interpretation of the feathers she's wearing in the outfit. 

So to end this post I wanted to share one of my favorite quotes from the movie. I'm still on the looking for what this quote says, I guess you can say I'm a hopeless romantic. But yeah I hope you enjoyed my post today. What are your favorite movies?
